The Company

Company President, Larry Otte grew up in northwest St Louis County. After starting his first building maintenance company in 1982, Larry Otte in 1986 at 23 years of age, opened his first of 7 full service restaurants and banquet centers that he operated for 20 plus years. The knowledge and understanding of room layout and design gained from designing and building out restaurant interiors is invaluable in laying out the perfect basement design. Since 2005, Larry Otte has over 800 basement designs presented with hundreds of finished basements in the Metro area.
